Health coaching for women, from every angle
Chinese Medicine thinking, modern health literacy, and behavior strategy, combined into one ongoing relationship instead of six disconnected appointments.
Pattern based health assessment
We map your whole picture the way Chinese Medicine does, across digestion, sleep, cycle, temperature, energy, and mood, then find the pattern connecting symptoms that separate workups treat as unrelated.
Hormone and midlife coaching
Perimenopause, menopause, cycle irregularity, stubborn weight, temperature swings, and three in the morning wake ups. We decide what to address first instead of trying to fix everything at once.
Peptide education and coordination
An unhurried, plain language walkthrough of what peptides are, how they are being used, what the current evidence actually supports, and the specific questions to bring to your prescribing physician.
Food and daily rhythm strategy
No meal plans you will abandon in a week. We work with what you already eat, when you actually eat it, and who else you are feeding, then adjust from there.
Stress, sleep and nervous system
For the woman running on adrenaline who cannot understand why rest does not restore her. We find the pressure points in your week and build in recovery that is realistic.
Chronic symptom navigation
Autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, chronic pain, thyroid concerns, and persistent fatigue. Coaching that works alongside your medical team and builds routines that hold up on flare weeks.
Four steps, three months, one plan that is yours
Discovery call
Twenty free minutes. You share what is going on and I tell you honestly whether coaching is the right tool, including where else to look if it is not.
Deep intake
A long, thorough first session covering history, symptoms, patterns, and the parts of your life shaping your health behavior. Nothing rushed.
Build the plan
We set reachable goals together, name the barriers ahead of time, and design the smallest set of changes that will actually move the needle.
Meet and adjust
Regular sessions by email, phone, video, or in person over at least three months. We review, ask better questions, and adjust as life changes.
Things women ask before starting
Is health coaching the same as acupuncture or medical treatment?
No. Coaching is a partnership focused on goals, behavior, and understanding your own health. It does not diagnose or treat disease and it does not replace your physician. My clinical background in Chinese Medicine shapes how I think and the questions I ask, but in this role I am your coach, and I work happily alongside whatever medical team you already have.
What does peptide education actually mean?
Peptides have exploded online, and most of what is out there is either marketing or misinformation. In coaching I help you understand what peptides are, what current evidence does and does not support, how they are being used clinically, and the specific questions to bring to a licensed prescribing provider. I do not prescribe, sell, or supply anything. This is education and care coordination so you can make an informed decision with your doctor.
Why do you require at least three months?
Because meaningful change is seasonal. Habits need weeks to stabilize, hormones and energy shift slowly, and the first plan is almost never the final plan. Three months gives us enough runway to test something, see how it holds up against a real life, and adjust with actual information rather than guesswork.
How do sessions work? Do I have to come in person?
Not at all. We schedule by email and meet however works for you: phone, video, in person in Parker, Colorado, or a mix. Many clients do an in person intake and then move to video. Between sessions, email check ins are part of the process.
Do you work with women who have chronic or complex conditions?
Yes, it is a large part of my practice. Autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, chronic pain, thyroid concerns, and long standing fatigue all benefit from having someone who takes the full picture seriously. Coaching complements your medical care and never substitutes for it, and I will always tell you when something belongs with a physician.
What if I have already tried a dozen programs and nothing stuck?
Then you are exactly who this is designed for. When plans fail repeatedly the plan is usually not the problem, the fit is. We spend real time on what got in the way last time, and we build around those barriers instead of pretending they do not exist.
Do you take insurance?
Health coaching is generally not covered by insurance and I do not bill it directly. Some clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds, so check with your plan administrator. Program pricing is listed openly on the Programs page so there are no surprises.
Ask them on a free call
No script and no sales pitch. Bring the question you are slightly embarrassed to ask, because that is usually the important one.
