About Tara Heinrich

I do not hand out plans. I build them with you.

It started with hands, and became a philosophy

I began in 1999 as a licensed massage therapist. Day after day, women came to me with a shoulder, a back, a headache. And day after day the conversation went somewhere bigger. The pain was real, but so were the sleepless nights, the stress they had normalized, the meals eaten standing up, and the symptoms they had been told were just part of getting older.

That kept pulling me deeper. I earned a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and became a Colorado State Licensed, Nationally Certified, and Recognized Diplomate of Acupuncture through the NCCAOM, with a specialization in Chinese sports medicine. Chinese Medicine gave me the framework I had been missing, one where digestion, sleep, mood, cycle, and pain are not separate departments. They are one system telling one story.

But I kept running into the same wall. I could give a woman an accurate plan, and she would walk out into a life that had no room for it. The plan was not wrong. The plan just did not know her.

Strategic Health by Tara is the answer to that. It is coaching, not treatment. We meet regularly over at least three months. I ask questions. You do the thinking. Together we build something that survives contact with your actual Tuesday.

Fewer prescriptions. More understanding.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.

Thomas A. Edison. That quote has hung in the practice for years. It is the whole job.

You are the expert on you

My questions are designed to get you thinking, not to get you agreeing. The insights that change behavior are the ones you arrive at yourself.

Small, stacked, sustainable

I would rather change one thing you will keep than ten you will abandon. Momentum compounds. Overhaul collapses.

Time is part of the medicine

Three months minimum, because real change is seasonal rather than weekly. We give the plan enough runway to actually tell us something.

What makes this different

Not another wellness program

A clinician eye, a coach role

Two decades of hands on clinical pattern recognition sits behind every question I ask. But in coaching I am not treating you. I am helping you see your own system clearly and decide what to do about it.

Honest about peptides

Peptides are everywhere online and mostly explained badly. I will walk you through what the evidence supports, what it does not, and exactly what to ask your prescribing provider. Nothing is sold here.

Barrier first, not plan first

Most programs hand you the plan and blame you when it fails. We start with what has been getting in the way, and design around it from day one.

Meet how you actually live

Email, phone, video, or in person in Parker, Colorado. Sessions flex around travel, caregiving, and busy seasons, because the ones that do not flex are the ones people quit.

Tell me what has been going on

Twenty minutes, no cost, no pitch. Just a conversation about where you are and whether I am the right person to help.
